Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 11:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We ship First-Class and Priority Mail International.

Orders typically arrive to their destination within 6-10 business days, but delivery can take up to three weeks. These packages are NOT insured with the post office. If you would like your package insured, you can email our customer care department and we can make arrangements to send your package Express Mail International. Shipping costs are usually doubled when using the Express method of delivery.

International Shipping Rates and Policy

Our prices are declared in US dollars. Body Equilibrium is not responsible for any currency changes due to different exchange rates at your local bank when converting US dollars into your local currency.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set at the time your order is placed. In the event of a refund, Body Equilibrium does not accept any liability, and will not refund for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provider.
We ship all International orders via USPS First-Class or Priority mail only. Occasionally the shipping costs will be more than the posted amount on the website. If this is the case we will ask you for additional payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Body Equilibrium is not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received/Customs Captured International packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the post service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to: 1. Receive a refund for the items bought (minus the initial shipping fee) or 2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the items that were returned to us.

Customs Fees

Body Equilibrium is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.

Shipping Signature Release

I hereby agree that:

I will not be required to sign at delivery for orders placed with Body Equilibrium’s Health Club.

I agree to the Terms listed on the Ordering Information page in their entirety.

I accept all responsibility for loss of theft of package, and hold Body Equilibrium’s Health Club free of all liability. I affirm that I will not seek replacement products or financial reimbursement in the event that a package is lost or stolen.

I agree that once the tracking information for my order indicates package delivery, I will direct all inquiries directly to the shipping carrier.

In the event of loss of theft I agree to file any and all claims with the shipping carrier directly.

Any attempt to refute a credit card charge for an order that has shown to be delivered will result in the immediate termination of my membership.

With agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand and agree to the foregoing terms above, and give Body Equilibrium’s Health Club permission to apply a shipper release to my orders.

Whatever the return, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We highly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation for your package, and that you take note of the tracking number your return package is assigned by the post office or UPS. Body Equilibrium is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
